(NYSE: SWX) ("Company") has released its 2024 Sustainability Report, "Fueling a Sustainable Energy Future," underscoring its dedication to providing safe, reliable, and sustainable natural gas service. The report details the Company's commitment to operational excellence, strong safety culture, and its role in driving economic development through innovative energy solutions and responsible business practices at both Centuri Holdings, Inc. ("Centuri") and Southwest Gas Corporation ("Southwest Gas").

The Company's Sustainability Commitment focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and sustainable workplace, while also making a positive, lasting impact across its service territories. This includes a strong focus on employee safety, respect for human rights, and fostering an inclusive workplace.

The report outlines key achievements across environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") priorities, including progress in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, investing in renewable energy technologies, and fostering resilient communities.   • For the fifth year in a row, Southwest Gas ranked No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction with Residential Natural Gas Service in the West among Large Utilities by J.D. Power.
  • In 2024, the Southwest Gas Foundation distributed $2.17 million throughout the utility's three-state service territory.
  • Employees pledged $2.44 million to local nonprofit organizations in 2024, through the Southwest Gas Fuel for Life program.
  • $408 million of utility capital expenditures in 2024 went to infrastructure modernization, integrity management-related pipeline replacement programs, and more projects that support reliability of the natural gas distribution system.
  • In 2024, Southwest Gas spent $245 million, and Centuri $275 million, with diverse suppliers.
  • Maintained emergency response times, responding to 76.4% of emergencies within 30 minutes. This performance exceeds the industry average and places Southwest Gas in the top 25%. 
  • Expanded climate-related disclosures, including results of a climate risk assessment for Southwest Gas Corporation.
